FASU AND HIS TEAM IN TROUBLE
Tiktok Star Faisal Khan and his group 07, after a police complaint against them, landed in trouble to broadcast a video which had the power to provoke communal violence. Faisal has taken the video now and has apologized.
Shiv Sena activist Ramesh Solanki file a complaint about broadcasting a video related to the shooting of Tabrez Ansari in Jharkhand.
That's the reason TikTok star Faisal Khan and his group 07 landed into big trouble.
The police also said that after seeing the clip they saw the ability to promote violence, a first information report (FIR) was registered. Note, video sharing application has been suspended by ByitDance, Tactics, and has removed the clip from its application, it is "a violation of their Community Guidelines."
Meanwhile, a case has been registered under the relevant sections of the Information Technology Act (ITA) in the LT Marg Police Station under Section 153 (A) and 34 of Indian Penal Code (IPC). The matter is under investigation.
Members of the group- Faisal Sheikh - Fasu, Faiz Baloch, Hasnain Khan, Sadhna Farooqui, Adnan Sheikh, have a combined follower strength of 40 million people. According to the report, five Tikkok users shot a video and posted it online. The clip became viral within hours. The video was later posted on Twitter, where it received criticism for being a hate speech.
And now the team has not only removed the video, but Fasu has also apologized to the social media.
In his apology, he has written, "We want to apologize honestly if any person has felt hurt by our video." Humara iraada kisika dil dukhana, yaa apmaan, karna nahi tha. Hamne video nikal diya hai. Jai Hind!" He posted the message with a caption, “Insaaf toh sirf Allah ki adalat mai hota hai. . . . . . log toh sirf zaleel karte hai . . . Waqt jab insaaf karta hai to , na saboot ki zaroorat padhti hai aur na gawahon ki. . . . . . jab nuamlat tumhari pohnch se bahir nikla jaye to ALLAH pe chor do woh sab kuch aesa kare ga k tum kabhi soch nahi sakte .................... AUr hindu mat soche k aesa karne se muslaman darr jayenge hum sirf aik hi zaat se darte hai aur woh ALLAH ki zaat hai aur woh hamare sath hai hume us pe pura yakeen hai woh jo kare ga behtar kare ga................. ALLAH pak jab madad karta hai to la maloom aesa sabab bana deta hai k na hona bhi hona ho jata hai
